Stone Mountain, GA – July 12, 2004 — “Arcane Tech,” a book cataloging some of the most bizarre technology in the Fading Suns universe, should arrive in stores by the end of summer, according to Holistic Design Inc. (www.holistic-design.com) partner Bill Bridges.
“Freakish technology of all sorts fills the Known Worlds,” said Bridges. “This book includes equipment designed at every stage of human development, from the highest to the lowest.”
“Arcane Tech” includes contributions from Fading Suns players around the world, and many of them took the opportunity to send in their most creative endeavors.
“We have psychic devices sent in by Germans, weapons designed by Americans, and much more. We also got veteran contributors to the Fading Suns universe to explain certain mysterious technologies, such as the fabled Pan-Physics of the Second Republic.”
“Arcane Tech” includes rules for both Holistic Design’s Victory Point System and the d20 System. It retails for $20.00.
Holistic Design Inc. started designing games in 1992 and has never stopped. Its games include Fading Suns, Emperor of the Fading Suns, Merchant Prince I and II, Machiavelli the Prince, Mall Tycoon, Battles of Destiny, Warhammer 40K: Final Liberation, Hammer of the Gods, and more.
